Pot-jerky business gets approval in Aspen
A business in Aspen will soon be catering to those who like some protein with their pot.
The Aspen Times reports that the owner of High Mountain Taxi gained approval from the Pitkin County Commissioners on Tuesday to manufacture cannabis-infused buffalo jerky at his current company’s facility in the Aspen Business Center. The marijuana meat will be sold as Cannabis Queen Jerky.
