Demolition to begin April 20 at Fort Collins hotel site
Work is slated to begin next week at the site of a 164-room hotel and parking garage in Old Town Fort Collins that is being developed by a group that includes Bohemian Cos., Sage Hospitality and McWhinney Inc.
The Coloradoan reports that developers have applied for demolition permits to raze the Iasis Church, the former Armadillo restaurant and ghost garage. The demo work is to begin April 20 and be finished by early May.
