North Loveland King Soopers to be 123,000-square-foot behemoth
A new King Soopers grocery store being planned for the intersection of U.S. 287 and 71st Street in Loveland will be roughly twice the size of the Kroger chain’s usual footprint.
The Reporter-Herald reports that plans filed by Evergreen Devco with the city show a 123,000-square-foot store that would anchor a shopping center at the site, with developers hoping for a January 2018 opening.
