LOVELAND — Information and Real Estate Services LLC, a multiple-listing service based in Loveland, said on Thursday that it has partnered with the Vail Board of Realtors to add 1,200 listings of homes for sale in the Vail Valley on IRES’ website, ColoProperty.com.
The new set of listings are in the cities of Vail, Eagle, Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek, Gypsum, Dotsero and Minturn, and brings the number of listings on the website to approximately 18,000.
“We are thrilled to work hand-in-hand with the Vail MLS to help brokers and sellers market their listings and to provide consumers with an up-to-date, feature rich site.” said Lauren Hansen, IRES’ chief executive.

Patty Sandoval, director of the Vail MLS, said ColoProperty.com is the No. 1 generator of inquiries about Northern Colorado listings.
“It makes perfect sense to include Vail listings on the site as well. We look forward to our brokers and consumers in the Vail Valley benefiting tremendously from this partnership,” Sandoval said.
