Denver hotel sells for $210 million
The Sheraton Hotel at 1550 Court Place in downtown Denver, which has more than 1,200 rooms and was built in 1980, sold recently for $210 million.
BusinessDen.com reports that New York investors AVR Realty and David Werner Real Estate Investments were the buyers, purchasing the hotel from a group that included California-based Chartres Lodging and a Goldman Sachs investment fund.
