Stewart Environmental to comply with order to pay back retirement funds
Officials for a 30-year-old Fort Collins say they are complying with a court order to pay employees for retirement contributions that were withheld from their paychecks but never deposited in their retirement accounts.
The Coloradoan reports that engineering firm Stewart Environmental Consultants must pay $107,242 to restore employee contributions made by 19 employees, as well as $16,895 in interest.
