Eye Center of Northern Colorado upsizes plan for proposed building

FORT COLLINS — The Eye Center of Northern Colorado has revised plans so it can build a larger medical-office building in Fort Collins at the southwest corner of Ziegler Road and Precision Drive in the Harmony Technology Park.

Preliminary designs recently submitted for review to the city of Fort Collins’ planning department call for a 27,000-square-foot building that would house up to six ophthalmologists and have three operating rooms, up from conceptual plans submitted in March for a 16,000- to 20,000-square-foot building.
