Dealin’ Doug’s Windsor plans include moving 2 Fort Collins car dealerships

Plans for one of the two large parcels of land along Interstate 25 purchased earlier this year by car dealer “Dealin’ Doug” Moreland are coming into focus.

The Coloradoan reports that concept plans filed with the city of Windsor show a mixed-use development on a 53-acre parcel southeast of the junction of I-25 and Colorado Highway 392 that would include a pair of car dealerships. According to the paper, Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, owned by Moreland, and Tynan’s Nissan and Kia in Fort Collins would both relocate to the property. The project…
