Seattle firm leads $29M purchase of Denver’s Market Center

A Seattle firm has bought the five-building Market Center in downtown Denver with an eye on revitalizing the property, some of which is more than 140 years old.

The Denver Post reports that Urban Renaissance Group — along with Stars Investments and City Street Investors — paid $29 million for the buildings, which include a total of 121,000 square feet of office and retail space.
