Broomfield vacation club operator seeking to raise $3.5M

BROOMFIELD — Club Holdings LLC, operator of multiple luxury vacation clubs, is seeking to raise up to $3.5 million in new equity funding, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Officials for Broomfield-based Club Holdings did not respond to a request for interview this week.

According to the SEC filing, the company — under the entity CHSZ LLC — has so far raised $800,000 from four investors in the round, including the conversion of indebtedness.

Founded in 2004, Club Holdings operates the Quintess Collection vacation club and Time & Place villa rentals. In 2008, Club Holdings received a $210 million investment to help build on what was then already a $300 million portfolio of private homes around the globe.
