Northern Water ‘disappointed’ in Fort Collins staff’s opposition to NISP

The photo shows the view from the south of the valley northwest of Fort Collins where Glade Reservoir would be built if the Northern Integrated Supply Project moves forward. A rendering of the proposed dam is shown along with the stretch of U.S. 287 that would have to be rerouted. Also noted is the location of the forebay reservoir, which will be used as storage for Poudre River water before it is pumped up into Glade. (Northern Water)
