Latest Foothills mall tenant comes into focus

One of the Foothills mall’s old tenants is making a comeback for the Fort Collins shopping center’s redeveloped reincarnation.

The Coloradoan reports that Lens Crafters is the latest tenant to make its plans known, having submitted a building permit to the city.

The eye-wear store is expected to be one of several tenants that will not open until next year. Foothills developers announced earlier this month that weather delays with construction mean fewer stores will open in November than originally had been planned as part of the project’s first phase.
