IRES multiple-listing service strikes deal with Colorado Real Estate Network

LOVELAND — Real estate listing information from two of Colorado’s largest multiple-listing services are now available on one public website.

Loveland-based Information and Real Estate Services LLC, which covers Northern Colorado, said Thursday that it is the new public listing display provider for the Colorado Real Estate Network, or CREN, which serves Southwest Colorado.

The partnership merges the listing information from both services at ColoProperty.com.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IRES has owned and operated ColoProperty.com since 1998. On the site, IRES provides a map search and information on open houses, rentals, vacation rentals and commercial properties directly from the MLS with no advertising for Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Loveland/Berthoud and Estes Park.

CREN’s nearly 9,000 listings cover properties in Montrose, Durango, Delta, Cortez, Pagosa Springs and Alamosa.

“We saw what IRES accomplished in Northern Colorado and wanted similar success for our brokers and consumers in Southwest Colorado,” Jeff Follis, CREN MLS’ chief executive, said in a prepared statement.

Lauren Hansen, IRES’ CEO, said, “As the number one lead generator for Northern Colorado listings, we will aim for similar success with the newly added Southwest Colorado listings.”
