Loveland city council places pair of measures on November ballot
The Loveland city council placed a pair of measures on the November ballot at their meeting Tuesday.
The Reporter-Herald reports that the council voted unanimously to put to voters a question of whether the city should be freed from the restrictions of a state law that prevents municipalities from offering broadband Internet service to residents. The council also placed a proposed 1-mill property tax increase on the ballot for residents of the Downtown Development authority.
