Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Waddington purchased Eco Products for an undisclosed sum in 2012, shortly after Olympus acquired Waddington. Waddington operates four main divisions: U.S.-based WNA, Canada-based PolarPak, United Kingdom-based Waddington Europe, and Eco Products.

Jarden (NYSE: JAH) owns more than 120 consumer products brands.

“Olympus has been a great partner to The Waddington Group by supporting our expansion into new markets and new geographies through aggressive growth capital and targeted acquisitions,” Waddington CEO Mike Evans said in a press release. “With Olympus’ support, we have been able to grow the business close to 300 percent over the past three years, and we are well positioned to continue our strong growth and momentum.”
