Converted Fort Collins medical suites sell for $985,360

FORT COLLINS – An affiliate of Pollock Tax & Accounting LLP recently paid $985,360 for three former medical suites at 2001 S. Shields St. in Fort Collins where the firm will move later this summer.

Wallace and Walkenhorst Properties LLC, registered with the state to Pollock partner Sandy Hogan, bought the property from PDQ Properties LLC. The suites are three of five in Building H at the Spring Creek Medical Park, and total 6,727 square feet of the 9,463-square-foot two-story building.

Larry Hawe of Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial LLC represented both the buying and selling entities in the transaction.

Pollock is currently based just down the street at 2337 S. Shields St. Company officials declined to comment on their move Tuesday.

Hawe said the building, which has been vacant for awhile, was a former outpatient surgical facility that has been converted into general office uses. Another of the five suites is also under contract.
