Cutarelli Vision owner buys Fort Collins land at Harmony and Timberline

FORT COLLINS — Ophthalmologist Paul Cutarelli of Cutarelli Vision paid $550,000 recently for a nearly 1-acre piece of land for possible future relocation and expansion of the company’s Fort Collins office.

The parcel sits just north of the intersection of Harmony and Timberline roads on the east side of Timberline. It’s part of the Harmony School Shops retail center. Using the entity Denver Development LLC, Cutarelli bought the land from Denver-based Revesco Properties, which owns the rest of the retail center.

Brokers Aki Palmer and Jim Palmer of DTZ represented Cutarelli on the sale, while Jake Hallauer and Ryan Schaefer represented Revesco.

Cutarelli Vision has offices in both Greenwood Village and Fort Collins, the latter of which is at 2105 Bighorn Road, not far north of the new land. Aki Palmer said that relocating the Fort Collins office to the new site is just one of multiple options Cutarelli is exploring, stressing that the doctor is “evaluating all of his options” at this point. Palmer said those options also include simply holding onto the land as an investment.

“We’re so early in the process that we’re just getting our arms around exactly what we have,” Palmer said.

Palmer said that if the owner builds on the property that a building would likely be between 7,000 and 8,000 square feet and could include some mix of medical and retail space that could be leased out.
