Colorado Heirloom buys property, plans move within Loveland

LOVELAND — Colorado Heirloom Inc. has purchased industrial space in Loveland where it will move its operations in late July to accommodate growth.

Colorado Heirloom, co-founded and owned by Barry Stewart, paid $1.5 million to Cadeka Properties LLC for 16,200 square feet of space at 1215 S. Grant Ave. Colorado Heirloom has been leasing space at 333 E. Fourth St. in Loveland since 1987, a year after the company was founded, said Sherene Flikkema, Stewart’s daughter.

The company makes a variety of custom wood boxes, including jewelry and keepsake boxes, wine cases, serving trays, three-ring binders, CD and DVD cases. It also offers laser engraving for all its products that include wooden plaques and signs.
