FORT COLLINS – Avago Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: AVGO) is holding another job fair, this time looking to hire for 150 manufacturing and operations positions at the company’s Fort Collins facility.

The job fair, hosted by recruiting firm Manpower, will be held Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fort Collins Marriott Hotel, 350 E. Horsetooth Road.

Avago, which makes integrated circuits for a variety of electronic devices, has dual headquarters in Singapore and San Jose, Calif. But it’s largest campus is in Fort Collins at 4380 Ziegler Road where it employs some 1,300 people.

A press release about the job fair noted that the positions are a “portion of several opportunities that Avago is planning to hire for this year. In February, the company held a job fair seeking to hire for 100 positions locally. A company official said many of those positions were filled, but not all. Those that weren’t are included in Saturday’s job fair as part of the 150 openings.

Open positions the company is seeking to fill are in the areas of manufacturing, production, assembly and maintenance, with the potential for job offers to be made onsite at the fair.
