12-unit apartment complex in Longmont sells for $1.1 million
LONGMONT — A 12-unit apartment complex at 212 E. Longs Peak Ave. in Longmont has sold for $1.1 million.
The complex, which is fully leased, consists of two six-unit apartment buildings that were built in 1981.
Maple Tree Prospects LLC, an entity formed in March and managed by Frank D. Gower of Longmont, purchased the apartment complex from the Steinmetz Family. The family had purchased the apartments in 1998 for $800,000, according to public records.
