Shuttered Magnum Motors facing nearly 5 dozen complaints
Complaints continue to roll in to the state’s Auto Industry Division against a now-shuttered Fort Collins car dealership, Magnum Motors.
The Coloradoan reports that the division of the Colorado Department of Revenue has now received 55 complaints against Magnum, and that the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board last month “sent the matter to an administrative law judge within the office of administrative courts.”
The state seized the dealership’s auto dealership license in January after complaints, including that the dealership was failing to pay off trade-ins, began rolling in.
