Blackstone Group affiliate pays $16.5M for Broomfield TownPlace Suites

BROOMFIELD – The TownPlace Suites by Marriott in Broomfield has been sold for $16.5 million, according to Broomfield County public records.

The entity Bre Avalanche Property Owner LLC purchased the extended-stay hotel at 480 Flatiron Blvd. from TPS Broom LLC, which had purchased the property in 2012 for $13.2 million.

The 151-unit hotel was built in 2000. It has studio, one- and two-bedroom suites featuring kitchens, living areas, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.
