Caribou Ranch’s music memorabilia set for auction

Caribou Ranch, the historic recording studio that opened outside Nederland in 1971, changed hands earlier this year, for $32.5 million. The artifacts of music history will be put up for auction next month, at a price more manageable for fans of Elton John, Joe Walsh and Willie Nelson.
