Loveland council to hear developer’s appeal on multi-family project

President of Journey Homes LLC Larry Buckendorf will be appealing a unanimous decision by the city’s planning commission to deny the applicant’s request for a 120-unit multi-family homes at the Loveland City Council meeting.
