NoCo governments among applicants for Regional Tourism Act incentives

Denver, Durango and a trio of northern Colorado governments have “pre-applied” for state Regional Tourism Act incentives to help fund new tourist draws ranging from an overhaul of the National Western Complex to an arts district anchored by a rehabbed steam power plant.
