Colorado water leaders to meet April 29

LOVELAND – A statewide group that facilitates dialogue between leaders overseeing Colorado’s eight major river basins and the metro area, will meet Tuesday, April 29, in Loveland.

The Interbasin Compact Committee, a 27-member group that works under the state’s Department of Natural Resources, holds roundtable discussions covering the South Platte, Metro, Arkansas, Rio Grande, Gunnison, Colorado, Yampa-White, Southwest and North Platte river basins.

The meeting will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Embassy Suites Hotel at 4705 Clydesdale Parkway.
