Two Moms in The Raw moving HQ to Longmont

LONGMONT – Two Moms in The Raw Inc., makers of healthy snacks, has leased 24,000 square feet of industrial space in Longmont and will move its headquarters and manufacturing operations there in June.

Two Moms, founded in 2006 by Shari Leidich, leased the space at 1200 South Fordham St. It will move from 1370 Miners Drive in Lafayette.

Meg Heitlinger, Two Moms’ marketing director, said the space is being renovated to meet the company’s specifications.

Two Moms makes granola bars, nut bars, sea crackers, truffles and cereals using only non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher and vegan ingredients.

Raw food is defined as food that has not been cooked or exposed to temperatures over 118 degrees Fahrenheit. When food is heated above that temperature there is a risk that the enzymes essential for all the chemical processes in the body are damaged, according to Two Moms’ website.

Scott Garel of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, along with agents from Dean Callan & Co., and Gibbons-White Inc., handled the transaction.
