EKS&H bolsters services through aquisition

DENVER – EKS&H, a Denver-based tax, audit and consulting firm with offices in Fort Collins and Boulder, has acquired Infolink Consulting, a technology company that implements information delivery and business analytics solutions.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Infolink, based in Denver, will be integrated with EKS&H’s Business Technology Services group. Infolink’s managing partners, Bob Tinglestad and Tim Deskin, are joining EKS&H consulting partner Sean McBride to lead the group.

Infolink builds and directs business analytics and data integration departments for major organizations in a variety of industries including education, hospitality, distribution, health care, banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, and the public sector.

Business intelligence – reporting, dashboards and predictive analytics.

Performance management – planning, forecasting and analysis solutions.

Data integration – data warehousing, architecture and quality services.

Software training, including customized IBM Cognos training.

EKS&H has more than 500 employees, including 56 partners, in its three offices.
