Owners pay $40,000 for franchises and additional startup costs ranging from $78,000 to $124,000, based on information on the company website. The Todds did not disclose financial details of the two local franchises.
The Todds’ company Alpha Omega Home Health Care Inc. holds a Class A medical license as a home-care agency from the state of Colorado, Krucik said.
Nurse Next Door started in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 2001. The company began franchising its services in 2007 and now has more than 60 locations, most of which are in Canada.
