Dacono wins luxury auto dealership
Denver-based Rickenbaugh Auto Group plans to hire about 40 people to staff the new location. The Rickenbaugh Infiniti store may have a “soft” opening before the formal date, with a “grand opening” scheduled for October, said Mary Pacifico-Valley, owner of the auto dealership group. Three Denver employees will anchor the new business, including the service and parts manager.
The original Rickenbaugh dealership, now selling Cadillacs, Volvos and Fiskers, is at 777 N. Broadway in Denver.

The Infiniti site at 5900 Gateway Court in Dacono and the surrounding car sales area is projected to generate revenue of at least $1 million in its first year of operation, Pacifico-Valley said. The site was chosen for its growth potential, Pacifico-Valley said. A Ford dealership is next door.
“It’s a great, growing area. We love the location, and the city is so welcoming,” Pacifico-Valley said.
Rickenbaugh took on Infiniti as a new luxury brand after establishing its reputation as a Cadillac and Volvo dealership in Denver, Pacifico-Valley said. Rickenbaugh Fisker also is part of Rickenbaugh Auto Group.
