ClimateWise welcomes 14 new businesses

FORT COLLINS – A voluntary city program that helps businesses save money while aiding the environment drew 14 new businesses this summer.

ClimateWise welcomed the new businesses in June, July and August, the city of Fort Collins said this week. The companies join almost 300 companies participating in the free program.

Since 2000, businesses have achieved total savings of nearly $59 million and diverted more than 254,000 tons of waste from landfills by reducing, reusing and recycling.
