One company culture does not fit all

Joan landed a coveted job with a local organization known for its fun and energizing culture. This particular company seems to be on nearly every job searcher’s list of ideal places to work. Joan could not believe she had been selected, given the stiff competitive. She was excited to show up for her first day of work.

She gathered her purse and headed to HR to tender her resignation.
