Six new businesses join Climate Wise program

FORT COLLINS – Six local businesses were welcomed into the Climate Wise program sponsored by the city of Fort Collins.

Benchmark Realty, Circulaeum, Jax Ranch and Home, Laser Engraving Designs, Watchdog Automotive and Wilbur’s Total Beverage are now all part of the voluntary energy and water conservation program.

Since 2000, Climate Wise business partners – more than 280 companies in all – have achieved a cumulative savings of nearly $39 million and diverted more than 170,000 tons of waste from the landfill.
