SBA hosts free small business fair on Aug. 18

DENVER – The U.S. Small Business Administration will host a free Small
Business Resource Fair on Aug. 18 at the downtown Denver Public Library,
14th and Broadway.

Representatives from various commercial lenders, federal prime
contractors, business assistance organizations, local chambers of
commerce and federal, state and city government agencies will be
available to answer questions related to starting, operating and growing
a business.

The event will also include workshops and panel discussions throughout
the day, including “Starting a Small Business,” “Social Media,” and
“Doing Business with the Government.”

The fair will be held from 10:15 a.m. through 3:45 p.m. Co-sponsors
include the Minority/Women Chambers Coalition, Colorado Office of
Economic Development and International Trade and the Denver Office of
Economic Development.
