Kefalas appointed ranking member of Health and Environment Committee
DENVER – Rep. John Kefalas, D-Fort Collins, has been appointed the
ranking member of the Colorado House Health and Environment Committee.
Kefalas, first elected in 2006 and reelected in 2008 and 2010, was named
to the post by House Minority Leader Sal Pace, D-Pueblo.
Kefalas replaces former Rep. Jim Riesberg of Greeley, who was appointed state insurance commissioner by Gov. John Hickenlooper.
