Everitt Center to hold Real Estate Rendezvous Sept. 27

FORT
COLLINS – The Everitt Real Estate Center will hold its 15th annual Real
Estate Rendezvous Sept. 27 at the Fort Collins Hilton at 425 W.
Prospect Road, beginning at 9 a.m.

All real estate industry
professionals are welcome to attend the event, which will feature
networking opportunities, breakout sessions on both commercial and
residential markets, and a keynote speech by Bob White, founder and
president of Real Capital Analytics, based in New York City.

Topics
that will be covered at the event include business expectations for
2012 and five-year forecasts for Fort Collins-Loveland and Greeley-Evans
office and retail property sectors.

The theme of the event is
Hunting for Demand, and will focus on research regarding jobs, growth,
tenants, deals, income and capital.

Registration for the event is $35 for members of the Everitt Real Estate Center, and $70 for non-members.
