Construction to begin on Memory Care facility

LOVELAND – Construction is set to begin this month on Memory Care, a
25,000-square-foot Alzheimer’s-dementia assisted living facility in the
northeast corner of the Seven Lakes development at 1990 Pikes Peak Drive
in Loveland.

Memory Care at Seven Lakes will include four “neighborhoods” for 48
residents under one roof. Each neighborhood will include a dining room,
living room, activity space, therapy kitchen, and both indoor and
outdoor courtyards.

The facility will feature a staff of more than 30 employees to provide
support and health-care services 24 hour a day, along with meals,
activities and transportation services. Assistance with medications and
other daily living tasks will also be provided. Supportive services will
be available to family members of residents at Memory Care.

Frontier Management of Portland, Ore., which will be managing the
facility.

An official groundbreaking is yet to be determined, but project
completion is scheduled for May 2012. Construction will be completed by
Dohn Construction Inc. of Fort Collins.

The Seven Lakes area, near the intersection of Colorado Highway 34 and
Boise Avenue, is managed by developer Scott Bray of Loveland.
