Greeley’s Otto named Manager of the Year

GREELEY – Greeley City Manager Roy Otto was named Manager of the Year by
the Colorado City/County Management Association at the association’s
recent meeting in Vail.

Otto has served as Greeley’s city manager since 2005. His leadership
during the recent economic downturn has been praised by the Greeley City
Council.

Craig Kocian, Arvada city manager, was also recognized by the
association with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Serving 25 years in two
different periods, Kocian will retire from his position in September.
