WINDSOR – Stacy Johnson, formerly with the Northern Colorado Economic
Development Corp., has been named Windsor’s new business development
manager.
Johnson, who will serve as a liaison between the business community and the town, will begin her new job on April 1.
“I cannot tell you how excited I am to work for the town of Windsor and
the local community,” Johnson said. “The collaborative nature and energy

At NCEDC, Johnson helped companies relocate, expand and remain in
Larimer County. Prior to working for NCEDC, Johnson worked for the city

Johnson’s position in Windsor was created in response to a Strategic Plan adopted by the town in 2010.
NCEDC continues its search for a permanent CEO; Don Churchwell is holding the position on an interim basis.
