One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Frasier Meadows Retirement Community at 350 Ponca Place serves more than 400 residents. It also offers a wellness center for residents – with memberships open to the public, as well as adult day care and a daycare center. In addition, Frasier Meadows holds frequent presentations for the public on senior health issues and financial planning and offers space for other community nonprofit groups to hold events, Pollicita said.

The retirement community recently finished a $30 million renovation to its 50-year-old building, Pollicita said. It employs more than 300 people.

The facility is celebrating its 50th anniversary as a not-for-profit, faith-based place for senior citizens. It has partnerships with the national Alzheimer’s Association and HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties and works closely with Boulder Community Hospital, Special Transit and other related groups, Pollicita said.
