Building in Lafayette changes hands

LAFAYETTE – The 30,600-square-foot building at 1370 Miners Drive in Lafayette has been sold for $2.4 million.

WEI Miners LLC bought the building from Public Roads LLC. The deal closed June 1.

Currently, the building is fully leased with six tenants, which occupy space ranging from 2,400 square feet to 8,100 square feet.
