Guaranty Bank signs federal agreement
DENVER – Guaranty Bank and Trust Co. and its holding company Guaranty Bancorp (Nasdaq: GBNK) have entered into an agreement with federal and state regulators to review the bank’s finances.
The Denver-based bank with six local branches in Boulder, Longmont and Lafayette agreed to submit a written plan with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the state of Colorado Division of Banking to strengthen Guaranty’s board oversight, credit quality, capital, liquidity and funds management, earnings and cash flows.
