Innovation After Hours looks at Wind Energy Economic Cluster
FORT COLLINS – Representatives of the wind industry and the governor’s office of economic development will talk about Colorado’s growing emergence as a desirable location for the wind energy industry at the next Innovation After Hours on Sept. 10.
Speakers at the “Wind Energy Economic Cluster” event include Roby Roberts, Vestas Americas’ senior vice president of external relations; Andy Paliszewski, Siemens Wind Systems’ director of wind energy research and development; Stephan Skare Nielsen, Cleantech’s business development manager; and Don Marostica, director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade.
Moderator for the event will be Tom Dean, professor in Colorado State University’s Department of Management in the College of Business.
The free event will be held in Room 214 in Lory Student Center on the CSU campus and begin at 3:30 p.m. Seating is limited. Sponsors include Larimer County, EKS&H, city of Fort Collins and CSU Ventures. It is being held in conjunction with the International Colloquium on Sustainability.
