nSpire Health lands research funding
LONGMONT – nSpire Health Inc. has been awarded more than $9 million for clinical trial research.
The Longmont-based company, which makes respiratory-care products and provides related services, was awarded money for its eSP core lab services, which include its KoKo spirometry device and PiKoLogic electronic patient reported outcomes.
Both the KoKo spirometer and the PiKoLogic are designed for respiratory testing.
“It is rewarding to directly impact the advancement of adaptive study techniques adding significant value to our sponsors and dramatically enhancing patient safety,” Michael Sims, nSpire’s president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.
The company wouldn’t disclose from where the money originated.
