Investment adviser to stand trial for alleged investment scheme
FORT COLLINS – Fort Collins investment adviser Gene Little will stand trial beginning Aug. 5 for allegedly defrauding investors in a Ponzi scheme.
Judge James Hiatt ordered Little to stand trial on 42 charges of securities fraud and theft after plea bargaining negotiations failed to reach a resolution of the case.
