Zuzingo pledges equity to foundation

BOULDER – Startup Zuzingo Inc. in Boulder will participate in the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado, a nonprofit organization that helps startups participate in philanthropic activities.

Zuzingo has agreed to donate 1 percent of its equity to the foundation, which in turn channels the money in the form of grants to various nonprofit organizations.

Zuzingo created the Zenie Bottle, an online entertainment experience for young adults that combines an online media sharing Web site with an episodic Web series centered on a mysterious object ? a Zenie Bottle.
