Volcom to open on Pearl Street

BOULDER – A California-based apparel retailer popular with snowboarding, skateboarding and surfboarding youths will open a store on the Pearl Street Mall.

Volcom Inc. (Nasdaq:VLCM) signed a lease for 3,500 square feet of space at 1223 Pearl St. Jim Howser with The Colorado Group helped broker the deal.

Volcom designs, markets and distributes young mens and young womens clothing, accessories and related products under the Volcom brand name. The company’s product line – which includes t-shirts, fleece, bottoms, tops, jackets, boardshorts, denim and outerwear – combines fashion, functionality and athletic performance.
