Windsor interchange should carry new sign: ‘Made in Fort Collins’

This year I thought I’d dispense with multiple New Year’s wishes for a host of Northern Colorado business and civic leaders and concentrate on one wish for all those involved in business and governance regionally: Toss parochialism aside.
