Broadway restaurant building sold

BOULDER – Local developer Bill Reynolds has purchased a former downtown Boulder restaurant building along Broadway for $1.52 million.

The 6,755-square-foot building at 1724 Broadway has housed an array of restaurants through the years including Yokum Studio, Alexander’s & Levorio’s Creekside Café and The Library Pub. The two-story building with an outdoor patio along the Boulder Creek now sits empty.

John and Viola Haertling sold the building to Reynolds.

W.W. Reynolds President Jeff Wingert said the company is looking to lease the space while it thinks about possibly redeveloping the property.  The lease rate is listed at $24 per square foot, triple net.
