IQ Awards seeks nominations of innovative products, services

BOULDER – It’s time to get your nomination in for the 8th annual IQ (Innovation Quotient) Awards, recognizing the most-innovative new products and services in the Boulder Valley.

Kicking off its annual hunt for the best and brightest business ideas in Boulder and Broomfield counties, the Business Report is accepting nominations at www.IQAwards.com or with a nomination form in the paper.

The awards will be presented Wednesday, Aug. 15, at an evening awards and networking program at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Longmont, also the new home of the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame.

Nominations for the best local innovations are being sought from companies throughout Boulder and Broomfield counties and the Denver-Boulder Corridor.

 Nomination categories include, but are not limited to:  General Business, Commercial & Industrial, Computers, Consumer, Internet, Medical & Health, Nonprofit, Software, Sports & Leisure and Telecommunications.

Finalists are chosen in each category, with winners announced at the awards event.

For the first time, the IQ Awards is adding a category of Sustainable Business.
